New collaboration with TETERE of Barcelona
At the Gran Hotel La Florida we fully share his philosophy of tea, which we apply in our gastronomy. That is why we have asked Ambròs, Tetere's owner, to design the future tableware of the Barcelonas Restaurant. Handmade dishes, different, all unique, because we seek harmony in ingredients, elaborations and presentations, so that the preparation of the dishes reflects a unique result.
Our goal is to turn the visit to Barcelonas into an experience, a memory that stays forever.
The philosophy of Tea:

Wonderful people, if they really are, is because of its outer and inner beauty. The outside is ephemeral. The inner part is what remains forever in the memory. People who practice tea culture not only practice their techniques, but also their philosophy, their values. A good tea always has to be shared and to taste it, only two movements are necessary, to take the cup and to leave the cup. A tea is an experience! So all the memory over a cup of tea stays forever "
